Tell Congress that if they aren’t going to work, they don’t deserve to be paid

When the government shuts down, hardworking Americans across the country pay the price; missed paychecks, closed services, delayed benefits. Yet members of Congress still collect their taxpayer-funded salaries.

That’s not leadership. That’s hypocrisy.

If Congress can’t do its job - if they can’t keep the government open - they shouldn’t get paid while millions of Americans suffer the consequences of their inaction.

If we don’t get paid, they shouldn’t get paid. Period.
